Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data submitted through this website is Maciej Kamiński. For anything related to personal data, write to hello@foros.studio.
Foros Studio is not yet a registered company. We will update this information when that changes.
What data we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your phone number, company name, project type and budget. We process them to reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible collaboration.
- Emails: if you write to us directly, we process the data in your message for the same purpose.
The legal basis is the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, when we discuss working together, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, email address and message we can’t reply to your inquiry. We don’t make automated decisions about you and we don’t profile you.
How long we keep your data
We keep form inquiries and correspondence for 12 months from our last contact. If we start working together, we keep the data for the duration of the collaboration and for as long as the law requires.
Who we entrust your data to
We don’t sell data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes. We use two service providers:
- LH.pl – hosting for the website and the database where form inquiries are saved, and the hello@foros.studio mailbox;
- Google (Gmail) – the inbox to which we forward messages sent to hello@foros.studio. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising tools and doesn’t store cookies in your browser. Cookies are set only by the WordPress admin panel, and only for logged-in members of our team. We load fonts and scripts from our own server, without connecting to Google or any other external service.
The website links to our profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. Once you click a link, the privacy policy of that service applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn’t affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Just write to hello@foros.studio.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (uodo.gov.pl) or with the data protection authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
When something changes, for example when we register the company or add visitor statistics, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
